SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed (except for custom products).
- Common products: 1-3 business days
- Custom Leather Products: 2-9 weeks
- Custom Felt Products: 7-9 weeks
- Other customized products: 3-5 business days
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed,especially during the holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.
SHIPPING
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer FREE shipping with purchases over US$53.99. For orders below US$53.99, it will be charged a shipping fee. Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses worldwide excluding remote areas.

Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. It may be delayed for 5 business days for any special situations. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
TRACKING
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. You can track your items on the carrier's official website after 24 hours.
Once they arrive in your country, your local postal services take over. This means you'll be able to track your parcel on your local postal services' website with the same tracking number. If the tracking shows that the parcel couldn't be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office first, to have further details. Since they are handling your parcel, they would be able to give you information that we don't have.

Please note that tracking is active during 60 days so we won't be able to do anything to help you if you contact us after this period.
CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email support@splootpuppy.com as soon as you can.
Important Notes:

Address changes can only be made before your order has been processed for shipment. Once the order is in transit, we won't be able to alter the shipping address.

Please double-check the accuracy of the new shipping address you provide to avoid any potential delivery issues.

In case your order has already been dispatched, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to see if they can accommodate the address change. Additional fees or delivery delays may apply.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address if the address provided during checkout was inaccurate or outdated.
- Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense.
